5+ years of game-dev industry experience (AA or F2P MMO game-dev experience)
Experienced in developing 3D games using Unity
Excellent understanding of programming principles, how components work together and various common architectural approaches
Ability to solve complex technical problems, in large scale systems
An excellent communicator – proven ability to engage and motivate
Excellent experience working with multiple stakeholders in the dev process – be able to understand their goals, and deliver/ evaluate various tech solutions to meet these
Excellent C# skills
Very good understanding of real-time rendering and rendering bottlenecks in Mobile
Competence with realtime shader development (HLSL/CGFX, Unity’s ShaderLab)

The candidate will have a passion developing complex asyncronous Node.js applications which persist data efficiently and run in scalable cloud services. You will have strong maths background, an eye for detail, code in JavaScript, CoffeeScript and have experience in writing unit tests as you develop functions.
Day to day tasks will include:
Designing & developing efficient backend functionality in stateless REST and statefull persistent game servers.
Deploying functionality to a staging environment and validating functions from client apps
Writing documentation for client app developers
Writing thin APIs to interact with your backend functionality
… and loads more, so the person needs to be used to high performing environments with lots of personal responsibility given and hard work and high output expected.
